 Django à la Créole at the Duc des Lombards

Tuesday-Thursday, July 17-19, 8pm & 10pm

My upcoming shows in Paris will celebrate the 5th season for Django à la Créole. This year, we are part of a month long "festival called "NOUS N'IRONS PAS À NEW YORK!" which essentially translates to "We Won't Be Going to New York!" Why not? Because, they're bringing everyone to Paris and saving themselves the trouble. Of course, not all of the musicians are from New York, but check out the program, you'll get the idea.

I will add that it's always a pleasure to be back at the Duc des Lombards, arguably the best club for jazz in Paris. We have some new material of mine, along with selections from the two CD's issued by Frémeaux, and some special jazz classics simultaneously "Creolized" and "Django-ized" for what I hope will make for some remarkable programs.
